Series C Subsequent Preference Amount. If, upon any such Liquidation, after payment of the Series D and Series C Initial Preference Amount, Series B Initial Preference Amount and Series A Initial Preference Amount, the assets and funds available for distribution are insufficient to permit the payment to the holders of Series D Preferred Stock and Series C Preferred Stock of the full Series D and Series C Subsequent Preference Amount, then the entire remaining assets and funds of the Corporation legally available for distribution to stockholders will be distributed among the holders of the Series D Preferred Stock and Series C Preferred Stock ratably in proportion to the full amount each holder would be entitled to receive pursuant to the preceding sentence of this Section 2(b)(iv) if sufficient funds were available.
