Common use of Series Issuance Date Clause in Contracts

Series Issuance Date. The Series 2001-1 Transition Bonds that are authenticated and delivered by the Trustee to or upon the written order of the Issuer on October 24, 2001 (the "Series Issuance Date") shall have as their date of authentication October 24, 2001. Each other Series 2001-1 Transition Bond shall be dated the date of its authentication.

Series Issuance Date. The Series 20011999-1 Transition Bonds that are authenticated and delivered by the Trustee to or upon the written order of the Issuer on October 24August 10, 2001 1999 (the "Series Issuance Date") shall have as their date of authentication October 24August 10, 2001. Each other Series 2001-1 Transition Bond shall be dated the date of its authentication1999.

Series Issuance Date. The Series 2001-1 Transition Bonds that are authenticated and delivered by the Trustee to or upon the written order of the Issuer on October 24January 31, 2001 (the "Series Issuance Date") shall have as their date of authentication October 24January 31, 2001. Each other Series 2001-1 Transition Bond shall be dated the date of its authentication.

The Series 20011999-1 A Transition Bonds that are authenticated and delivered by the Bond Trustee to or upon the written order of the Issuer on October 24March 25, 2001 1999 (the "Series Issuance Date") shall have as their date of authentication October 24March 25, 20011999. Each other Series 20011999-1 A Transition Bond shall be dated the date of its authentication.
