Common use of Series Reserve Account Clause in Contracts

Series Reserve Account. In accordance with the terms and provisions of this Section 4 and Section 4.6 of the Base Indenture, the Indenture Trustee shall establish and maintain a Series Reserve Account with respect to the Series 2013-VF1 Notes, which shall be an Eligible Account, for the benefit of the Series 2013-VF1 Noteholders.

Series Reserve Account. In accordance with the terms and provisions of this Section 4 and Section 4.6 of the Base Indenture, the Indenture Trustee shall establish and maintain a Series Reserve Account with respect to the Series 2013-VF1 VF2 Notes, which shall be an Eligible Account, for the benefit of the Series 2013-VF1 VF2 Noteholders. The Series Reserve Account with respect to the Series 2013-VF2 Notes is listed on Schedule 1 attached hereto.

Series Reserve Account. In accordance with the terms and provisions of this Section 4 and Section 4.6 of the Base Indenture, the Indenture Trustee shall establish and maintain a Series Reserve Account with respect to the Series 2013-VF1 VF3 Notes, which shall be an Eligible Account, for the benefit of the Series 2013-VF1 VF3 Noteholders. The Series Reserve Account with respect to the Series 2013-VF3 Notes is listed on Schedule 1 attached hereto.

Series Reserve Account. In accordance with the terms and provisions of this Section 4 6 and Section 4.6 of the Base Indenture, the Indenture Trustee has established and shall establish and maintain a Series Reserve Account with respect to the Series 20132019-VF1 NotesNotes (the “Series 2019-VF1 Reserve Account”), which shall be an Eligible Account, for the benefit of the Series 20132019-VF1 Noteholders. The Series Reserve Account with respect to the Series 2019-VF1 Notes is listed on Schedule 1 attached hereto.
