Common use of Series Termination Clause in Contracts

Series Termination. On the Series 2017-A Final Maturity Date, the unpaid principal amount of the Series 2017-A Notes shall be due and payable, and the right of the Series 2017-A Noteholders to receive payments from the Issuer will be limited solely to the right to receive payments pursuant to Section 5.5 of the Indenture.

Series Termination. On the Series 20172023-A Final Maturity Date, the unpaid principal amount of the Series 20172023-A Notes shall be due and payable, and the right of the Series 20172023-A Noteholders to receive payments from the Issuer will be limited solely to the right to receive payments pursuant to Section 5.5 of the Indenture.

On the Series 20172024-A 1 Final Maturity Date, the unpaid principal amount of the Series 20172024-A 1 Notes shall be due and payable, and the right of the Series 20172024-A 1 Noteholders to receive payments from the Issuer will be limited solely to the right to receive payments pursuant to Section 5.5 5.05 of the Indenture. References to the Series Termination Date in Articles IV and V of the Indenture shall be deemed to be references to the Series 2024-1 Final Maturity Date.

On the Series 20172023-A 1 Final Maturity Date, the unpaid principal amount of the Series 20172023-A 1 Notes shall be due and payable, and the right of the Series 20172023-A 1 Noteholders to receive payments from the Issuer will be limited solely to the right to receive payments pursuant to Section 5.5 5.05 of the Indenture. References to the Series Termination Date in Articles IV and V of the Indenture shall be deemed to be references to the Series 2023-1 Final Maturity Date.

On the Series 20172006-A Final Maturity Date, the unpaid principal amount of the Series 20172006-A Notes shall be due and payable, and the right of the Series 20172006-A Noteholders to receive payments from the Issuer will be limited solely to the right to receive payments pursuant to Section 5.5 of the Indenture.
