Common use of Server License Clause in Contracts

Server License. Subject to the Term specified in the Order Form and your payment of license fees, Licensor grants you a non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive, worldwide right and license to install and Use the specific version of the Software purchased on one (1) Server owned or operated by you for Production or Non-Production purposes. For the purposes of this license grant, you may Use the Software on one (1) Desktop/Workstation as a substitute for, and not in addition to, one (1) Server. For the avoidance of doubt, you are not granted any right to distribute or deploy any product, including but not limited to, Application(s) developed under this Server License without obtaining a separate license from Licensor.
