Server Room Space Clause Samples

The Server Room Space clause defines the allocation and use of a designated area within a property for housing servers and related IT equipment. Typically, this clause outlines the location, size, and access rights to the server room, as well as any requirements for security, environmental controls, or maintenance responsibilities. Its core function is to ensure that both parties clearly understand the expectations and obligations regarding the server room, thereby preventing disputes over access, usage, or upkeep of this critical infrastructure space.
