Service Acceptance. Intrado will provide Customer with notice of availability of each Service. Acceptance of each Service (“Acceptance”) will occur on the earliest of the following events: (1) Customer provides written notice of acceptance; (2) the Service is used by Customer in a live environment, or (3) three calendar days pass after Intrado’s notice of Service availability without receipt of a Customer notice of material defect.

Service Acceptance. Customer shall be deemed to have accepted and confirmed that the Service is working based on the agreed specification if no valid written notice of complaint is received by EASTERN COMMUNICATIONS within twenty-four (24) hours from date of actual activation of the Service (“Service Acceptance Date”).
