SERVICE AGREED. 2.1. In consideration for the Fees and subject to the Customer's compliance with the terms of this Agreement, the Supplier grants the Customer and its Authorised Users a non-exclusive, limited, non- transferable licence for the duration of the Term to access and use the Services and any content created through authorised use solely for the Customer's lawful internal business purposes and for use by Authorised Users in support of the Customer's lawful internal business purposes.
