8.1.1 provide Preventive Maintenance on the sites and installed capacities of the PABX systems as listed under Schedule I, scope of works as listed under Schedule II, hereto in respect of the Equipment, two times a year during the period of this Agreement, including spare parts but excluding consumable items such as batteries, Alcatel Telephone Unit and other expendable supply items such as external covers and power supply cables if any;
8.1.2 provide Corrective Maintenance by dispatching an authorized service technician to attend to any breakdown or failure of the Equipment during the hours
8.1.3 provide the aforementioned maintenance services during the regular working hours which is Day Hours Mondays to Fridays : 08:00 to 17:00
8.1.4 upon request from the User, provide services outside the aforementioned regular working hours which services shall be charged to the User on ‘per call basis’ at the rates and upon the terms and conditions as set out in Schedule IV hereto.

Service and Maintenance. In case of a rental license the SOFTWARE Maintenance includes receiving new SOFTWARE versions and technical support. With the scope of technical support, users can address their questions to experienced engineers via phone or mail on weekdays during normal business hours. In case of a perpetual license, only in the case of a valid maintenance contract, LICENSOR shall provide maintenance support service for the SOFTWARE as described above. The maintenance support service term may be renewed for any program, at the then-current price, and for the then-applicable term, as long as LICENSOR offers such maintenance support service for such program. Such maintenance shall consist of best efforts to correct documented program errors appearing through use of the SOFTWARE; provided that the SOFTWARE has been used in the manner authorized by this XXXX. Service with respect to a given program error will be provided after LICENSOR has received a written request from LICENSEE. Service and maintenance services include routine preventative maintenance, cleaning, and stocking of ProDava’s 3D Systems installed in Rite Aid stores pursuant to the Location Agreement (including paper), providing for emergency repairs within normal and reasonable industry standards (generally within 48 hours), and remotely monitoring 3D System performance in accordance with the Location Agreement.
