SERVICE AND NOTIFICATION. 33.1. The Cardholder hereby irrevocably consents to the service of any notice or statement hereunder by prepaid ordinary post to the last known address of the Cardholder in AEON Credit's records and such service shall be deemed effective on the seventh (7th) day after posting. Notice may also be given to the Cardholder via e-mail and shall be deemed served upon confirmation of delivery.

The Cardholder xxxxxx agrees that in the event that any action is begun in the Malaysian courts in respect of this Agreement, the legal process and other documents may be served by posting the documents to the Cardholder at the last known address of the Cardholder in AEON Credit's records and such service shall on the seventh (7th) day after posting, be deemed to be good and sufficient service of such process or documents.
SERVICE AND NOTIFICATION. 21. (a) The Cardholder hereby irrevocably consents to the service of the Card Statement and any notices under this Agreement, other than service of a notice of demand and of any court process: • by ordinary mail or courier to the Cardholder’s address last known to the Bank. Such service shall be deemed to be effective three (3) days after the date of posting even though it is later returned undelivered; or • by electronic mail to the Cardholder’s e-mail address last known to the Bank, electronic message to contact provided to the Bank or internet banking mailbox with the Bank. Such notification shall be taken to have been received at the time of transmission by the Bank; or • by posting a notice onto the Bank’s public website or any of its branches.
SERVICE AND NOTIFICATION. In all joint accounts, each of the joint account holders is deemed to be authorized to represent the other joint account holder (holders) for receipt and acceptance of service and notifications. For this reason, notices, correspondence, writs, notifications, account statements, advice notes, etc. documents to be delivered / sent / served by the Bank to any one of the joint account holders will be binding also on the other joint account holders who will also be deemed to become aware of or received the said notices, correspondence, writs, notifications, account statements, advice notes, documents.
