Service Area, Generally. (A) The Service Area is the specific geographic area within which the Enrollee must reside to enroll in the Contractor’s Health Plan. The Service Area for this Contract is the entire state of Utah. (B) The Contractor shall provide adequate assurances and supporting documentation that the Contractor has the capacity to service the expected enrollment in the Service Area.
