Common use of Service as Director Clause in Contracts

Service as Director. Xxxxxxx acknowledges and agrees that the vesting of this Award is earned only by his or her continuing services as a director of the Company (not through the act of being appointed as a director, being granted this Award or acquiring shares hereunder). Xxxxxxx further acknowledges and agrees that nothing in this Agreement, nor in the Plan which is incorporated herein by reference, shall confer upon Grantee any right with respect to continuation of his or her services as a director nor shall it interfere in any way with the right to terminate his or her services as a director of the Company at any time, with or without cause.
