Service at Servicer’s Own Expense. The Servicer shall be solely responsible for all costs of Servicing unless the Guides expressly provide otherwise. Without limiting the foregoing sentence, the Servicer shall be responsible for Unreimbursed Servicing Expenses as provided in Section 4.3, and shall, if required by the Bank, repurchase delinquent Government Mortgages in accordance with the provisions of the Guides or as the Bank otherwise agrees in writing.
