SERVICE AVAILABILITY AND RECORD REQUEST. The Grantee shall provide cable television service throughout the entire franchise area pursuant to the provisions of this chapter and the franchise and shall keep a record for at least three years of all requests for service received by the Grantee. This record shall be available for public inspection at the local office of the Grantee during regular office hours.
