Service Awards. In consideration of the provision of services, COMPANY to pay EMPLOYEE, as compensation; The gross amount of RMB annually calculated at the rate of twelve (12) equal monthly installments consecutively of RMB each.
Service Awards. The County shall continue its present policy with respect to service awards including time off; provided, however, that the type of award given shall be at the sole discretion of the County. The following procedures shall apply with respect to service awards:
Service Awards. 8.1 Class Representatives and Class Counsel may seek Service Awards to the Class Representatives in an amount not to exceed two thousand five hundred dollars and no cents ($2,500). Class Counsel may file a motion seeking Service Awards for the Class Representatives on or before twenty-one (21) days prior to the Objection Deadline.
8.2 The Settlement Administrator shall pay the Service Awards approved by the Court to the Class Representatives from the Settlement Fund. Such Service Awards shall be paid by the Settlement Administrator, in the amount approved by the Court, within five (5) Business Days after the Effective Date.
8.3 In the event the Court declines to approve, in whole or in part, the payment of the Service Award in the amounts requested, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. No decision by the Court, or modification or reversal or appeal of any decision by the Court, concerning the amount of the Service Award shall constitute grounds for cancellation or termination of this Agreement.
8.4 The Parties did not discuss or agree upon the amount of the maximum amount of Service Awards for which Class Representatives can apply for, until after the substantive terms of the Settlement had been agreed upon.

Service Awards. 26.1 Service awards, in the form of service pins or the equivalent, shall be presented to employees in classifications listed in Appendix “A” for: Five (5) years of service Ten (10) years of service Fifteen (15) years of service Twenty (20) years of service Twenty-five (25) years of service Thirty (30) years of service Thirty-five (35) years of service Forty (40) years of service Such a service award shall also be presented to an employee upon his/her retirement.
26.1.1 For purposes of this ARTICLE, the term “years of service” shall be defined as continuous, full-time service.
Service Awards. Procedures and definitions relative to Service Awards shall be in accordance with Administrative Bulletin No. 410 - Service Recognitions and Awards.
Service Awards. 27.1 Service awards, in the form of service pins or the equivalent, shall be presented to employees in classifications listed in Appendix “A” as listed below. Such service awards shall also be presented to an employee upon retirement.
Service Awards. In recognition of the time and effort the Class Representatives expended in pursuing this Action and in fulfilling their obligations and responsibilities as Class Representatives, and of the relief conferred on all Settlement Class Members by the Settlement, Class Counsel shall request a Service Award for the Class Representatives in the amount not to exceed $3,000.00 each. If approved, the Service Awards shall be paid by the Settlement Administrator out of the Settlement Fund within 25 days of the Effective Date. The Service Award payments to the Class Representatives shall be separate and apart from their entitlement to benefits from the Settlement Fund.
Service Awards. At least thirty (30) days before the Opt-Out and Objection Deadlines, Class Counsel will file a motion seeking a service award payment not to exceed Three Thousand Five Hundred Dollars and Zero Cents ($3,500.00) for each of the Class Representatives, for a total of Seven Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($7,000.00), in recognition of their contributions to this Action, subject to Court approval. The Settlement Administrator shall make the Service Award Payment to the Class Representative from the Settlement Fund. Such Service Award Payment shall be paid by the Settlement Administrator, in the amount approved by the Court, no later than thirty (30) days after the Effective Date.
