Common use of Service Awards Clause in Contracts

Service Awards. 18.1. The Settlement Class Representatives and Class Counsel shall submit a request to the Court for payment of Service Awards, not to exceed two thousand five hundred United States Dollars ($2,500) per individual, to the Settlement Class Representatives. Any request for Service Awards must be filed with the Court at least twenty-one (21) days before the Objection Deadline. If approved by the Court, such Service Awards shall be paid by the Settlement Administrator from the Settlement Fund within twenty-one (21) Business Days after the Effective Date.
