Common use of Service Charges during Curtailment Clause in Contracts

Service Charges during Curtailment. In respect of a Service that is Curtailed in accordance with clause 20.1, notwithstanding clause 19.1(d), the Service Charges will be calculated on the basis of the quantities of Natural Gas actually delivered to the Shipper on any Day, rather than on the basis of the Shipper's MDQ.

Service Charges during Curtailment. In respect of a Service that is Curtailed in accordance with clause 20.1, notwithstanding clause 19.1(d17.1(c) and (d), the Service Charges will be calculated on the basis of the quantities of Natural Gas actually delivered to the Shipper on any Day, rather than on the basis of the Shipper's Zonal MDQ.

In respect of a Service that is Curtailed in accordance with clause 20.121.1, notwithstanding clause 19.1(d20.1(d), the Service Charges will be calculated on the basis of the quantities of Natural Gas actually delivered to the Shipper in respect of that Service on any Day, rather than on the basis of the Shipper's Contractual MDQ.
