Service Exhibits. Each Service Exhibit will be in the form attached as Exhibit A (or such other form on which the parties may agree in writing). All Service Exhibits are incorporated into this Agreement.
Service Exhibits. The terms and conditions appearing in the Exhibits to this Agreement apply to specific Services for which you may enroll, including ACH Origination, ACH filter, wire transfer, positive pay, eCourier, and bill payment; provided, however, that the terms contained in the Exhibits will apply if you use any Service that would be covered by an Exhibit, even if you have not enrolled in the Service using an Enrollment Form specific to that Service. Unless otherwise provided, the terms contained in the Exhibits are in addition to the other terms and conditions contained in this Agreement. We may accept your enrollment for these Services in our sole discretion. In the event any terms contained in the Exhibits conflict with the terms otherwise provided in this Agreement, the terms of the Exhibits shall govern.
Service Exhibits. The term for each Service provided under this Agreement shall be as specified in the applicable Service Exhibit.
Service Exhibits. Each Service Exhibit will be in the form attached as Attachments A, B and C (or such other form on which the parties may agree in writing). Contractor is not obligated to perform any Services, and the Nation has not contracted for any Services, unless and until a Service Exhibit is executed by both parties. All executed Service Exhibits are incorporated into this Agreement upon execution.
Service Exhibits. All Services to be provided by Healtheon hereunder shall be by Service Exhibits. Each Service Exhibit shall refer to this Agreement, describe the Services to be provided thereunder, and identify the work product to be produced thereunder, if any. The initial Service Exhibits are attached hereto as Service Exhibits A (for IT Services) and B (for ProviderWorks Application Development Services). Additional Service Exhibits will become effective when signed by authorized representatives of both parties.
