Common use of Service for Subsidiaries Clause in Contracts

Service for Subsidiaries. Any person serving as a director, officer, partner, member, trustee, administrator, employee or agent of another corporation or of a partnership, joint venture, limited liability company, trust or other enterprise, at least 50% of whose equity interests are owned by the Corporation (a “subsidiary” for this Article V), shall be conclusively presumed to be serving in such capacity at the request of the Corporation.

Service for Subsidiaries. Any person serving as a director, officer, partner, member, trustee, administrator, employee or agent of another corporation or of a partnership, joint venture, limited liability company, trust or other enterprise, at least 50% of whose equity interests are owned by the Corporation (a “subsidiary” for this Article VVII), shall be conclusively presumed to be serving in such capacity at the request of the Corporation.

Service for Subsidiaries. Any person serving director or officer serving, or who has served, as a director, officer, partner, member, trustee, administrator, trustee or employee or agent of another corporation or of a partnership, joint venture, limited liability company, trust trust, association or other enterprise, at least 50% of whose equity interests or assets are owned owned, directly or indirectly, by the Corporation (a “subsidiary” for this Article V), SEVENTH) shall be conclusively presumed to be be, or to have been, serving in such capacity at the request of the Corporation.

Service for Subsidiaries. Any person serving director or officer serving, or who has served, as a director, officer, partner, member, trustee, administrator, trustee or employee or agent of another corporation or of a partnership, joint venture, limited liability company, trust trust, association or other enterprise, at least 50% of whose equity interests or assets are owned owned, directly or indirectly, by the Corporation (a “subsidiary” for this Article V), VI) shall be conclusively presumed to be be, or to have been, serving in such capacity at the request of the Corporation.
