SERVICE GROUP 1, STANDARD TITLES. For Service Group 1, the Contractor has provided OGS, via Appendix D, the following information for each job title: 1. Hourly Wage Rates for all listed Job Titles at four distinct experience levels labeled Junior, Mid-Level, Senior and Expert; and for two demand levels, Normal Demand and High Demand hourly rate. a. Normal demand is defined as technologies and skills of a low to normal technical level, and/or there is a high supply and low demand for resources with the technology or skill b. High Demand is defined as technologies or skills of a high technical level, and/or the technology is new, and/or there is a low supply and a high demand for resources with the technology or skill c. Skill Demands, located in Appendix D, sets forth the listing of technologies and/or skills that the State considers Normal or High Demand. 2. Hourly Wage Rates and Standard Title Markup percentage for each of the three (3) Regions are identified in Appendix D.
