SERVICE INSTALLATIONS. shall comprise of sewers, drains, channels, pipes, water courses, gutters, main wires cables, conduits, aerials, tanks, water treatment unit, sewage treatment plant, street light poles, garden lights, pumps with related equipment and soak ways and any other apparatus for the supply of water electricity telephone or television lines or for the disposal of foul or surface water, etc.;
