Service Licence. 8.1 The Customer shall use the Service under a non-exclusive, non-transferrable licence, as set out in this Agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in the Order Form(s) this licence permits a maximum of 5 Authorised Users to access the Service, such access is only permitted through the Field Dynamics Accelerated Insight Platform.
