The HMO must have service management programs and procedures for the following populations, as applicable to the HMO’s Medicaid and/or CHIP Program(s) (See CHIP Perinatal Program Covered Services, Attachment B-2.2, for the applicability of these services to the CHIP Perinatal Program): 1.
