Service no longer viable. (a) Vector may terminate by written notice to Retailer the provision of any Service where: (i) it is no longer viable for Vector to provide the Service; or (ii) Vector is unable to provide the Service; or (iii) Vector is proceeding to withdraw the Service from general availability; or (iv) any relevant network, equipment or other property involved in the provision of the Service is or becomes unavailable, obsolete or beyond economic use or support, and it is not reasonable for Vector to upgrade or continue to support that network, equipment or other property, provided always that Vector provides Retailer with reasonable prior written notice (being not less than six (6) months) of such termination. (b) Retailer may terminate the provision of Services for any Retailer Meter where Vector is unable to provide the Services for that Retailer Meter in accordance with this Agreement, provided that Retailer has first notified Vector in writing of the relevant default and Vector is unable to remedy the default.
