SERVICE OF PROCESS; WAIVER OF JURY TRIAL. Each Party hereto irrevocably consents to the service of process from any courts by mailing copies thereof by registered or certified mail, postage prepaid, to such Party at its address designated pursuant to this Agreement. The Alliance and Member hereby irrevocably waive their respective rights to trial by jury in respect of any disputes arising under or related to this Agreement.
