Unless otherwise defined in the Service Offering Description, the references in the Service Offering Description to “Customer” or “you” shall be understood as a reference to the Customer that is entitled to receive the APEX Service, except that for pricing, billing, refund, ordering (including without limitation, expansion, extensions, and add-ons), cancellation, and similar financial terms, the references to “Customer” or “you” shall mean Distributor.

Service Offering Description. Mass Casualty and Mass Fatality Planning Tetra Tech provides mass casualty and mass fatality planning designed to support the local jurisdiction in enhancing and maintaining its all-hazards response capabilities to mass casualty incidents. Mass casualty planning is intended for use during the early hours critical to life-saving and population protection during terrorist acts using weapons of mass destruction; chemical, biological, nuclear, radiological, and/or explosive (CBRNE) weapons; large-scale HAZMAT incidents; epidemic disease outbreaks; and/or natural disasters. Our team’s mass fatality planning services involve working with coroners, emergency medical services, funeral directors, public health departments, and other partners to assess a jurisdiction's ability to handle a large number of deaths arising from mass casualty incidents and developing strategies for strengthening this capability.

  • Task Description This task includes activities associated with permit-required monitoring conducted in accordance with the conditions specified by state or federal regulatory agencies. Guidance for monitoring of nearshore resources is available in the Department's Standard Operation Procedures For Nearshore Hardbottom Monitoring Of Beach Nourishment Projects. The Local Sponsor must submit work products directly to the appropriate state or federal regulatory agencies in accordance with permit conditions to be eligible for reimbursement under this task, unless otherwise directed.

  • Product and Service Offerings The Products and services available under this Contract are set forth herein and specified in Appendices C and D which may be amended during the contract term to incorporate new Product or service offerings, price revisions or deleted items. This Contract is limited to sale, installation and maintenance of Product (see also 4.2 Service Offerings). Leasing is not permitted at this time.
