Service on Committees. Director will serve on the following committees and in the capacities stated: Audit Committee X Compensation/Nominating Committee X Corporate Governance Committee X To the extent Director serves as Audit Committee Chairperson, Director agrees that Director is also serving as the financial expert for purposes of filings before the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Service on Committees. During the Term, the Executive agrees to continue to serve on committees specified by the CEO.
Service on Committees. Employees serving on committees, on sufficient notice, shall be granted leave of absence and, when permissible, free transportation over this railroad for the adjustment of differences between the railroad and its employees.
Service on Committees. All professional employees covered by this contract may be required, without additional compensation, to be present no more than fifteen (15) hours after the regular work day, as directed by the Board for such activities as committee meetings, workshops, in-service, parent- teacher conferences and Open House. These activities shall be limited to five (5) per year. Teachers shall regularly serve on the Occupational Advisory Council and shall serve as committee secretary and submit a copy of the minutes of each meeting to the Director of Vocational Education. Service on the Occupational Advisory Council shall be in addition to the hours set forth in the preceding paragraph.

Service on Committees. During the Term, the Executive agrees to serve on committees specified by the CEO.
Service on Committees. For so long as such membership does not conflict with any applicable law or regulation or listing requirement of NASDAQ or any other securities exchange on which the Common Stock is listed for trading, the Company shall cause one Investor Designee (selected by all the Investor Designees) to serve as a member of, or at such Investor Designee’s election, as an observer to each committee of the Board of Directors.
Service on Committees. The original and receiving departments may extend to faculty members transferred under this provision the rights and responsibilities to serve on department committees during the trial period. After obtaining permanent membership, the transferred faculty member shall be granted all rights and responsibilities that apply to any other member of the receiving department, and shall have no rights in the original department.
Service on Committees. 1. A list of all district wide and building committees shall be mailed to all bargaining unit members with the Superintendent's annual August letter. This list will notify unit members of what committees will be needed for the coming school year, the number of bargaining unit members that will be needed to serve on the committee, and a listing of the activities/charges the committee is to be responsible for during the school year.
2. At the first general faculty meeting, at the start of the school year, teachers will sign up for committees. Each teacher is required to sign up for service on at least one (1) committee. Sign up will be by seniority.
3. The service commitment is one (1) school year. Committee meetings shall be scheduled to occur one (1) time per month, and may be canceled if there is no business to conduct. A majority of the committee members may determine that more frequent meetings are necessary to complete the work of the committee.
4. Teachers may voluntarily sign up for more than one (1) committee. No teacher shall be required to serve on more than two (2) district wide and/or building committees during the school year. Assignment to committees shall be on a one (1) year rotation basis.
5. Teachers who are required to stay beyond the regular workday to serve on the following authorized district wide and/or building committees - BLT, OIP, and Professional Development — shall receive $15 per hour.
6. Joint Board/Association committees as listed in this Agreement (ex. LPDC, Labor-Management, etc.) shall not be subject to the provisions of this section.
