Common use of Service on Subsidiary Board Clause in Contracts

Service on Subsidiary Board. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary set forth herein, if upon an Optionee’s termination of service as a Director, such Optionee becomes a member of a board of directors of a subsidiary of the Company, then such Optionee’s service shall not be treated as having terminated hereunder until such Optionee’s termination of service as member of the board of directors of such subsidiary.
