Common use of Service Payment Clause in Contracts

Service Payment. Class Counsel will file a motion requesting service payments to Xxxxxx and/or Xxxxx not to exceed $30,000 in the aggregate. Defendant will take no position regarding these requests, provided the requests made to the Court are consistent with this Section.
