Service Period Payments. Subject to restrictions set forth in this Article 10.4, Contractor is entitled to invoice Owner for the following payments on a monthly basis during the Overall Trainset Service Period: (a) An amount based on the Trainset Incremental Service Payment, as described in Article 10.4.3; and (b) The Mileage Incremental Service Payment, as described in Articles 10.4.4.
