SERVICE PROJECTIONS Sample Clauses
The SERVICE PROJECTIONS clause defines how future estimates or forecasts regarding the services to be provided are handled within the agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the process for preparing, updating, and communicating projections such as anticipated service volumes, timelines, or resource requirements. For example, it may require the service provider to deliver quarterly forecasts of expected usage or demand, which the client can use for planning purposes. The core function of this clause is to ensure both parties have a clear understanding of expected service levels, enabling better resource allocation and minimizing misunderstandings about future obligations.
