Service Provider acknowledgement. 4.1.1 The Service Provider acknowledges that the Commonwealth has, and will continue to, set up WoG Arrangements that enable or facilitate the provision of certain goods and services to one or more Agencies. 4.1.2 The Service Provider acknowledges and agrees that: (a) part or all of the Services under this Services Agreement may fall within the scope of a WoG Arrangement; and (b) if part or all of the Services fall within the scope of a WoG Arrangement, Health, in its discretion, may exercise any option available to it under this clause 4 or otherwise, as required to deliver value for money to the Commonwealth.
