Service providers' Confidentiality Declarations. every service provider (provider employee, subcontractor or subcontractor's employees) shall be obligated to sign, prior to commencing work under the present Procedure, on a confidentiality declaration. The declaration shall be accompanied with the signature of the provider (in addition to that of the service provider).
