Service Recipients Third Party Beneficiaries. The Manager agrees that each of the Service Recipients, including the Service Recipients listed on Schedule I hereto and any other Service Recipient formed or acquired after the date of this Agreement in accordance with Section 2.2 hereof, shall be, and is hereby, named as express third-party beneficiary of this Agreement entitled to all the benefits conferred under this Agreement.
