Common use of Service Redemption Features Clause in Contracts

Service Redemption Features. the obligation (which may be fixed or contingent upon events), if any, of the Issuer to redeem, purchase or repay Securities of such Series pursuant to any sinking fund or analogous provisions or at the option of the holder thereof and the price or prices at which, the period or periods within which (or the manner in which such price or prices or period or periods will be determined) and the terms and conditions upon which Securities of such Series shall be redeemed, purchased or repaid, in whole or in part, pursuant to such obligation;
