Service Specific Acknowledgements. The Provider hereby acknowledges that: (a) the provision of Demand Response pursuant to this Agreement and the participation in Flexibility Services programme is entirely voluntary and (b) Contract Award does not guarantee that any Flexibility Services will be required by the Company or commit the Company to requiring any, or any particular level of, such Flexibility Services.
