Common use of Service with Subsidiaries Clause in Contracts

Service with Subsidiaries. For purposes of this Agreement, employment by a subsidiary or a parent of the Company shall be deemed to be employment by the Company and references to the Company shall include all such entities, except that the payment obligation hereunder shall be solely that of the Company. A Change of Control, however, as used in this Agreement, shall refer only to a Change of Control of the Company.
