Common use of Service with Subsidiaries Clause in Contracts

Service with Subsidiaries. During the term of the Executive’s engagement, he may be appointed to serve as an officer or director of certain of the Company’s wholly or majority owned subsidiaries. Such service shall be a duty and responsibility of the Executive and be governed by the terms of this employment agreement. Such duties shall be performed by the Executive for no additional consideration. As of the Effective Date, Executive is a director and the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company’s wholly owned subsidiary, EOIR Technologies, Inc., and is a director and the President of the Company’s wholly owned subsidiary, Genex Technologies, Inc.
