Service Xxxx. Dental Group hereby grants Manager the right to use all ------------ service marks and trademarks of Dental Group (the "Marks") for marketing and promotional materials in connection with Dental Group's offering of dental services. Manager agrees to use the Marks solely in the design format used by Dental Group as of the date of this Agreement or another design format approved in advance in writing by Dental Group. Dental Group shall have the opportunity to review any marketing or other materials using the Marks in advance of any public distribution. Manager agrees that it will include these restrictions on use in any sublicense of the Marks.

The service xxxx of the Trust and the name “Victory” (and derivatives thereof) have been licensed to the Trust by the Adviser, pursuant to a License Agreement, and their continued use is subject to the right of the Adviser to withdraw this permission under the License Agreement in the event the Adviser or an affiliate of the Adviser is not the investment adviser to the Trust.
Service Xxxx. The service xxxx of the Trust and the name “Conestoga Funds” (and derivatives thereof) have been licensed to the Trust by the Adviser and their continued use is subject to the right of the Adviser to withdraw this permission in the event the Adviser is not the investment adviser to the Trust.
Service Xxxx. The service xxxx of the Fund and the Portfolio and the name "Aetna" have been adopted by the Fund with the permission of Aetna Life and Casualty Company and their continued use is subject to the right of Aetna Life and Casualty Company to withdraw this permission in the event the Adviser or another subsidiary or affiliated corporation of Aetna Life and Casualty Company should not be the investment adviser of the Portfolio.
Service Xxxx. The Company and its Subsidiaries own or have ------------ adequate rights, including the underlying intellectual property rights, with respect to the xxxx, "The Family Channel," in the United States. ------------------

The service xxxx of the Company and the name "Victory" (and derivatives thereof) have been licensed to the Company by KeyCorp, through its subsidiary Key Trust Company ("Key Trust"), an affiliate of the Adviser, pursuant to a License Agreement dated June 21, 1993, and their continued use is subject to the right of Key Trust to withdraw this permission under the License Agreement in the event the Adviser or another subsidiary of KeyCorp is not the investment adviser to the Company. 5 103 12.

The service xxxx of the Company and the name “Victory”, “Compass EMP”, and “CEMPCLSSF” (and derivatives thereof) have been licensed to the Company by the Adviser, pursuant to a License Agreement, and their continued use is subject to the right of the Adviser to withdraw this permission under the License Agreement in the event the Adviser or an affiliate of the Adviser is not the investment adviser to the Company.

The service xxxx of the Fund and the Portfolio and the name "Aetna" have been adopted by the Fund with the permission of Aetna Services, Inc. and their continued use is subject to the right of Aetna Services, Inc. to withdraw this permission in the event the Adviser or another subsidiary or affiliated corporation of Aetna Services, Inc. should not be the investment adviser of the Portfolio.
Service Xxxx. You, on behalf of the Group and its Covered Retirees, hereby expressly acknowledge your understanding that this Agreement constitutes a contract solely between you and Florida Blue. We are an independent corporation operating under a license with the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association, an association of independent Blue Cross and Blue Shield Plans, (the "Association") permitting us to use the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Service Xxxx in the state of Florida and that we are not contracting as the agent of the Association. You further acknowledge and agree that you have not entered into this contract based upon representations by any person other than us and that no person, entity, or organization other than us shall be held accountable or liable to you for any of our obligations created under this Agreement. This paragraph shall not create any additional obligations whatsoever on our part other than those obligations created under other provisions of this Agreement.
