Servicer Acknowledgment. The parties to this Agreement acknowledge and agree that Hertz Autovermietung GmbH acts as Servicer of the Lessor pursuant to this Agreement, and, in such capacity, as the agent of the Lessor, for purposes of performing certain duties of the Lessor under this Agreement and the German Related Documents.
