Servicer Affiliate. The Servicer shall give notice to the Note Insurer, the Rating Agencies and the Indenture Trustee of the appointment of any Sub-Servicer and shall furnish to the Note Insurer and the Indenture Trustee a copy of such Sub-Servicing Agreement. For purposes of this Agreement, the Servicer shall be deemed to have received payments on Mortgage Loans when any Sub-Servicer has received such payments. Any such Sub-Servicing Agreement shall be consistent with and not violate the provisions of this Agreement.
