Common use of Servicer Approval Clause in Contracts

Servicer Approval. Seller shall not cause the Purchased Assets to be serviced or administered by any servicer other than a servicer expressly approved in writing by Buyer, which approval shall be deemed granted by Buyer with respect to Servicer, Seller, and all subservicers subservicing the Purchased Assets on the date such Purchased Asset becomes subject to a transaction with the execution of this Agreement.
