Common use of Servicer Approval Clause in Contracts

Servicer Approval. Seller shall not cause the Purchased Mortgage Loans or the Mortgage Loans to be serviced or subserviced by any servicer or subservicer other than Master Servicer, Subservicer or a Servicer expressly approved in writing by Buyer that has entered into a Servicer Notice or a Subservicer Notice in form and substance acceptable to Buyer in its sole discretion.
