Seller shall not cause the Purchased Mortgage Loans or the Mortgage Loans to be serviced or subserviced by any servicer or subservicer other than Master Servicer, Subservicer or a Servicer expressly approved in writing by Buyer that has entered into a Servicer Notice or a Subservicer Notice in form and substance acceptable to Buyer in its sole discretion.
