Common use of Servicer Approvals Clause in Contracts

Servicer Approvals. (A) Servicer shall at all times remain approved (i) by FHA as an FHA Title II non-supervised lender, (ii) by Gxxxxx Mxx as an issuer of Gxxxxx Mae I and II single family mortgage-backed securities, (iii) by Fxxxxx Mxx as a servicer and (iv) by Fxxxxxx Mac as a servicer, and (B) Servicer and each Subservicer (if any) servicing any Purchased Loans hereunder shall at all times have all consents, licenses and approvals necessary to service the Purchased Loans.
