Servicer as Agent. In order to facilitate the servicing of the Mortgage Loans by the Servicer of such Mortgage Loans, the Servicer of the Mortgage Loans has been appointed by the Issuer to retain, in accordance with the provisions of the Servicing Agreement and this Indenture, all Remittable Funds on such Mortgage Loans prior to their deposit into the Bond Account on or prior to the related Deposit Date.
