Common use of Servicer Bound by Servicing Agreement Clause in Contracts

Servicer Bound by Servicing Agreement. (a) Except as otherwise specifically provided herein: (i) the Servicer shall continue to be bound by all provisions of the Servicing Agreement with respect to the Leases, Leased Vehicles and other associated Trust Assets in the 1999-A SUBI Portfolio, including without limitation the provisions of Article Two thereof relating to the administration and servicing of Leases; and (ii) the provisions set forth herein shall operate either as additions to or modifications of the already-extant obligations of the Servicer under the Servicing Agreement, as the context may require. In the event of any conflict between the provisions of this Supplement and the Servicing Agreement with respect to the 1999-A SUBI, the provisions of this Supplement shall prevail.
