Any day other than a Saturday, a Sunday, or a day on which banking institutions in Seattle, Washington or in any other city in which a corporate office of the Servicer is located are authorized or obligated by law or executive order to be closed. Servicing Fee Rate: For each WMB Loan and each Countrywide Loan, the per annum rate set forth for such Mortgage Loan in the Mortgage Loan Schedule.
