Common use of Servicer Business Days Clause in Contracts

Servicer Business Days. No later than December 1 of each year, the Servicer shall furnish the Trustee with a list of days other than Saturday and Sunday, on which the Servicer shall be closed during the immediately succeeding calendar year, except that with respect to the calendar year 1996, the Servicer shall furnish such list to the Trustee on or before the Transfer Date.
