Common use of Servicer Call Clause in Contracts

Servicer Call. The Servicer may repurchase any Put/Call Loan (as defined in SECTION 3.07(a) hereof). Such Servicer Calls shall be solely at the option of the Servicer. Prior to exercising a Servicer Call, the Servicer shall deliver written notice to the Majority Noteholders and the Indenture Trustee which notice shall identify each Loan to be repurchased and the Purchase Price therefor.
