Common use of Servicer Call Clause in Contracts

Servicer Call. The Servicer may repurchase any Put/Call Loan at any time. Such Servicer Calls shall be solely at the option of the Servicer. Prior to exercising a Servicer Call, the Servicer shall deliver written notice to the Majority Noteholders and the Indenture Trustee which notice shall identify each Loan to be repurchased and the Repurchase Price or Alternate Repurchase Price therefor, as applicable.
