Common use of Servicer Certifications Clause in Contracts

Servicer Certifications. The Servicer, on such Acquisition Date, certifies that each of the Servicer’s representations and warranties in Sections 3.3, solely with respect to the related Additional Receivables, and 3.6 will be true and correct as of such Acquisition Date. The delivery by the Administrator, on behalf of the Master Trust, of the Transfer Notice will be considered a certification by the Master Trust and the Servicer that the conditions set forth in this Section 2.1(d) have been satisfied or will be satisfied on the Acquisition Date.
